About the information and values that ezyVet and Vet Radar sync

ezyVet and Vet Radar sync information between the two systems. The synced information can cause the Vet Radar settings to change.

Information and values of a patient sheet that ezyVet and Vet Radar syncCopy

This table shows information about the settings of a patient sheet that ezyVet and Vet Radar sync:
SettingFunctionInformation synced between the two systems
Sheet nameThe name that identifies the patient sheet. ezyVet does not sync the sheet name information to Vet Radar. You must enter the sheet name in Vet Radar. Vet Radar syncs the sheet name to ezyVet when you complete a patient sheet.
Attending doctor (billing)The attending veterinarian. ezyVet syncs the attending veterinarian to Vet Radar. If you change the Attending doctor (billing) setting in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the attending veterinarian to ezyVet.
Attending vet techThe attending veterinary technician. ezyVet does not sync the attending veterinary technician to Vet Radar. You must enter the attending veterinary technician in Vet Radar. Vet Radar does not sync the attending veterinary technician to ezyVet.
Attending departmentThe department of a related treatment. ezyVet uses the setting to record the applicable department of treatments for invoicing. ezyVet syncs the Attending department setting to Vet Radar. If you change the attending department in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the attending department to ezyVet.
Integration consultation idThe number of the patient's clinical record in ezyVet. ezyVet syncs the Integration consultation id setting to Vet Radar. You cannot change the Integration consultation id setting after ezyVet completes the sync.
Case ownerThe primary veterinarian that gives clinical care to the patient. ezyVet syncs the case owner information to Vet Radar. You cannot change the case owner information in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync.
Note: If necessary, you can change the case owner in ezyVet. After you change the case owner in ezyVet, Vet Radar shows the new case owner.
Consultation departmentThe department that staff select in ezyVet when they check in the patient. ezyVet syncs the consultation department information to Vet Radar. You cannot change the consultation department information in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync.
Note: If necessary, you can change the consultation department in ezyVet. After you change the consultation department in ezyVet, Vet Radar shows the new consultation department.
Hide discontinued treatmentIf you enable this setting, Vet Radar does not show treatments that staff stopped.ezyVet does not sync the Hide discontinued treatment setting to Vet Radar. You must enable the Hide discontinued treatment setting in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync.

Information and values of a patient profile that ezyVet and Vet Radar syncCopy

This table shows information about the settings of a patient profile that ezyVet and Vet Radar sync:

Name*The name that identifies the patient. ezyVet syncs the name of the patient to Vet Radar. If you change the patient's name in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the patient's name to ezyVet.
PhotoAn image that identifies the patient. ezyVet syncs the last attachment in the patient record to Vet Radar. If you change the Photo setting in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the Photo setting to ezyVet.
SexThe sex of the patient. ezyVet syncs the patient's sex to Vet Radar. If you change the patient's sex in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the patient's sex to ezyVet.
AttitudeThe patient's demeanor status. ezyVet syncs the patient's demeanor status to Vet Radar. If you change the patient's demeanor status in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the patient's demeanor status to ezyVet.
Patient card colorThe color of the patient card that a staff member selects to identify information. ezyVet does not sync the color of the patient card to Vet Radar. You must select the color of the patient card in Vet Radar. Vet Radar does not sync color of the patient card to ezyVet.
Patient orderUse to change the sequence of patients that Vet Radar shows in its whiteboards. ezyVet does not sync the patient order to Vet Radar. You must select the patient order value in Vet Radar. Vet Radar does not sync the patient order value to ezyVet.
Critical notesUse to put important information about the patient on the patient sheet and on the whiteboards. ezyVet syncs the critical notes information to Vet Radar. If you change the critical notes information in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the critical notes information to ezyVet.
Master problemsThe patient's master problems. ezyVet syncs the master problem to Vet Radar. If you change the master problem in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the master problem to ezyVet.
Date of BirthThe patients date of birth. ezyVet syncs the patient's date of birth to Vet Radar. If you change the patient's date of birth in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the patient's date of birth to ezyVet.
EstimatedThis setting has no function.Not applicable.
CPR statusUse the CPR status setting to tell other staff if they must resuscitate the patient. ezyVet syncs the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) status information to Vet Radar. If you change the CPR status in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar syncs the CPR status to ezyVet.
Patient is deceasedThis setting has no function.Not applicable.
SpeciesThe species of the patient. ezyVet syncs the patient's species information to Vet Radar. If you change the patient's species in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the patient's species to ezyVet.
BreedThe breed of the patient. ezyVet syncs the patient's breed information to Vet Radar. If you change the patient's breed in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the patient's breed information to ezyVet.
WeightThe patient's weight. ezyVet syncs patient weight information to Vet Radar. If you change the patient weight information in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar syncs the changes to ezyVet.
MicrochipThe number that identifies the patient's microchip. ezyVet syncs the microchip information to Vet Radar. If you change the microchip information in Vet Radar after ezyVet completes the sync, Vet Radar does not sync the microchip information to ezyVet.
EzyVet departmentsThe department that a staff member selected when they checked in a patient. ezyVet syncs the department to Vet Radar. You cannot change the EzyVet departments setting.
WardThe ward that the patient is in. ezyVet does not sync the ward information to Vet Radar. You must enter the ward information in Vet Radar. Vet Radar does not sync the ward information to ezyVet.
RoomThe room that the patient is in. ezyVet does not sync the room information to Vet Radar. You must enter the room information in Vet Radar. Vet Radar does not sync the room information to ezyVet.
CageThe cage that the patient is in. ezyVet does not sync the cage information to Vet Radar. You must enter the cage information in Vet Radar. Vet Radar does not sync the cage information to ezyVet.

BackdateIf you enable this setting, Vet Radar shows the Actual time of administration setting.ezyVet does not sync the Backdate setting to Vet Radar. You must enable the Backdate setting in Vet Radar.
Actual time of administrationUse this setting to change the date and time that Vet Radar shows the scheduled treatment task.ezyVet does not sync the Actual time of administration setting to Vet Radar. You must enter the date and time in Vet Radar. Vet Radar syncs the entered date and time to ezyVet.
Send billing to EzyVetIf you enable the Send billing to ezyVet setting, Vet Radar sends the invoice information to ezyVet.ezyVet does not sync the Send billing to EzyVet setting to Vet Radar. You must enable the Send billing to EzyVet setting in Vet Radar.
NotesUse to add information about the treatment task.ezyVet does not sync the notes information in the notes to Vet Radar. You must enter the notes information in Vet Radar. Vet Radar syncs the notes information to ezyVet.
PhotosUse this setting to add applicable image to a treatment task.ezyVet does not sync the image to Vet Radar. You must add the images in Vet Radar. Vet Radar syncs the images to ezyVet.
