A master problem is an ezyVet feature that you can use to identify a patient health problem with standard information. Master problems help make sure that all patient records are accurate and have good data. ezyVet syncs a patient’s master problem to Vet Radar when you sync a patient.
If a person added a master problem to a patient record, ezyVet syncs the master problem to the patient profile in Vet Radar.
Vet Radar shows the enabled master problems and the disabled master problems in the patient dashboard.

You can also add a master problem to a patient’s profile in Vet Radar. But if you add a master problem in Vet Radar, the master problem does not sync to the patient record in ezyVet.
