Vet Radar records the notes, treatments, and other applicable information that staff enter in a patient sheet. For example, Vet Radar records the date and time that a staff member added a treatment to a patient sheet. You can use the patient sheet to quickly and easily get access to the notes and treatment information.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.
   
4. Select the menu button.
   
   Vet Radar shows the menu pane.
5. Select All notes list.
