After you sync a patient to Vet Radar, you must make a hospital sheet. Use a hospital sheet to add treatments for a patient and schedule treatment tasks.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. Select + Create Sheet.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Create Sheet screen.
4. In the Sheet type box, select Hospital.
   
5. In the Sheet name box, enter a name for the hospital sheet.
   
6. If necessary, you can change the department of the hospital sheet in the Attending department box.
   
7. If necessary, you can change the applicable veterinarian in the Attending doctor (Billing) box.
   
8. If necessary, you can select a treatment template in the Template box.
9. Select Create Sheet.
