Add a hospital sheet

You can make different patient sheets to monitor different procedures. For example, you can make a patient sheet for boarding and make a patient sheet for treatments.

To add a patient sheet, do this procedure.

Go to the patient whiteboard.
Select the applicable patient card.
Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
Select the patient sheet control.
Vet Radar shows the patient sheet pane.
In the Treatment Sheet section, select + Create Sheet.
Vet Radar shows the Create Sheet screen.
In the Sheet type box, select Hospital.
In the Sheet name box, enter a name for the hospital sheet.
If necessary, you can change the department of the hospital sheet in the Attending department box.
If necessary, you can change the applicable veterinarian in the Attending doctor (Billing) box.
If necessary, you can select a treatment template in the Template box.
Select Create Sheet.
