If necessary, you can remove a master problem from a patient profile. For example, if you added the incorrect master problem, you can remove it.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. In the patient information area, select the patient card.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Patient details pane.
4. Select FULL PROFILE.
   
5. Find the applicable master problem.
6. Select Remove.
   
7. Select Save Changes.
