Add a master problem to a patient profile

You can use a master problem to identify a patient health problem. If you add a master problem to the patient profile, other staff can see the master problem.

To add a master problem to a patient profile, do this procedure.
  1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
  3. In the patient information area, select the patient card.

  4. Select FULL PROFILE.

  5. Select Add master problem.

  6. In the Condition box, enter the name of the master problem.

  7. In the box that is adjacent to the Condition box, select Active or Inactive.

    Note: If the patient has the problem, select Active. If the patient had the problem select Inactive.
  8. If necessary, use the Description box to enter more information about the master problem.

  9. In the Condition Specifics box, enter information about the health problem that is applicable to the patient.

  10. Select Save Changes.
