If necessary, you can remove a critical note from a patient profile. For example, if you added the incorrect critical note, you can remove it.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. Select the applicable patient card.
   
   Vet Radar shows the patient dashboard.
4. Select VIEW PROFILE.
   
   Vet Radar shows the patient profile.
5. Find the applicable critical note.
6. Select Remove.
   
7. Select Save Changes.
