Show a list of clients

A list of clients can help your organization keep accurate data for reporting. The client list that you can use ezyVet to show includes many types of client information (for example, email addresses, phone numbers, and cities).

To show the list and save it to your device, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

  3. Set Record Type to Contact.

  4. Set Active to Yes.

  5. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  6. Set the filter to Contact Type.

  7. Set the Contact Type filter to Customer.

  8. Select Show Records.

  9. Select the applicable client contact records.
  10. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To do an export of all records of the search results, select All. To do an export of only the records that you select, select Selected.
  11. In the Action list, select Export - Contacts.

  12. Select Action.

  13. Use the Format settings to select the applicable file format for the list (for example, Microsoft Excel).

  14. Select Queue Report.

ezyVet saves the client list to your device.
