Find all communication records of a client and do a record export

If you want a full record of all messages that you made and sent for a client, use the Records dashboard tab. The Records dashboard gives you the communication records of the messages. After you find the communication records, you can do an export to a file.

To find the records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

  3. Set Record Type to Communication.

  4. In the Any section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Contact.

  6. Set the Contact filter to the applicable contact record..

  7. If necessary, do steps 4 thru 6 again and again to add more contact records.
  8. Select Show Records.

  9. Select the applicable records.
  10. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To do an export of all records of the search results, select All. To do an export of only the records that you select, select Selected.
  11. In the Action list, select Communication - Export.

  12. Select Action.

  13. In the Format section, select the applicable file format for the report output.
  14. If necessary, select Include Client & Address Details.
    Note: If you select Include Client & Address Details, the report output includes full address information of the client.
  15. Select Queue Report.
