Data about a client's SMS messages can help your organization keep accurate data for reporting.
To find SMS messages sent from ezyVet to a client or received in ezyVet from a client, do this procedure.
Select Dashboard.
Select Communication.
ezyVet shows message settings.
In the Communication Methods section, select the SMS button.
In the Communication section, set Status to the applicable SMS message status.
Note: For example, to find SMS messages that ezyVet sent correctly, select Done.
Set Direction to the necessary setting.
Note: To find messages sent from ezyVet, set Direction to Outgoing. To find messages received in ezyVet from a client, set Direction to Incoming.
In the Contact box, select the contact record of the applicable client.
ezyVet shows the SMS messages:
Tip: Use the other boxes of the Communication section to show different search results. For example, you can use the Animal box to select a patient's contact record. Then, ezyVet shows SMS messages that are related to the patient only.
