ezyVet Go shows an Inactive animal records for cannot be used for appointments error message

The patient record of an appointment was deactivated after the most recent sync

Activate the applicable record in ezyVet Go

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Change the patient record to an activated patient record.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.

Activate the applicable record in ezyVet

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
  2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
  3. Select Restore.
    The Restore button
