ezyVet Go shows an animal specified is inactive error message

Do this troubleshooting if shows The animal specified is inactive when you try to sync.

The patient record of an appointment was deactivated after the most recent sync

Activate the applicable record in ezyVet Go

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Change the patient record to an activated patient record.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
  2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
  3. Select Restore.
    The Restore button
