Change the welcome email template of the e-booking system

A welcome email template is a dedicated type of email template for the e-booking system. ezyVet automatically uses the welcome email template to send information to clients before they use the e-booking system for the first time. The information includes a verification link for client to select. If necessary, a practice manager can select a different welcome email template for ezyVet to use.

Make sure that the template that you want to use includes the {AccountVerificationLink} template variable in its content.
To change the template, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select eBooking Settings.

    The left sidebar shows the configured online portals of your site.
  4. In the left sidebar, select the applicable e-booking configuration.
    ezyVet shows the e-booking settings.
  5. Select Customisation.

  6. In the Welcome Email box of the Email Templates section, select the applicable email template.

  7. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet uses the selected template.
