Pilot features

Make a welcome email template for the e-booking system

After you configure a welcome email template, you can select it as the welcome email template that the e-booking system uses.

Note: Emojis are not compatible with ezyVet email templates and can cause problems with ezyVet email features and functions. Please make sure that email template content does not include emojis.

To make the email template, do this procedure.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Templates.
Select Email Templates.
ezyVet shows a New Template screen.
In the Template Name box, enter a name for the template.
In the Template Group box, select an applicable group for the template.
In the Email Subject box, enter an email subject.
In the HTML box of the template editor, enter the applicable content.

Note: Make sure that you add the {AccountVerificationLink} template variable to the content. The {AccountVerificationLink} is necessary for correct operation of a welcome email template.
Select Save.
