Add an image to an email template

A practice manager can add an image to an email template. As a result, ezyVet automatically shows the image in email messages that staff use the email template to send.

  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has the applicable template image
  • Make sure that you know how to open and change ezyVet templates
To add an image, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Template Images.

    ezyVet shows the configured template images of your site.
  4. Select the applicable template image.

  5. Copy the text that is in the Replacement Name box.

    Note: In this example, the text of the Replacement Name box is {TemplateImageCompanylogo}
  6. Find and open the applicable ezyVet email template.
  7. Paste the text of step 5 in the email template.

  8. Continue to add the remaining applicable content to the template. Then, save it.
