Find clients who are unsubscribed from SMS messages

SMS messages that you send from ezyVet could include a mandatory unsubscribe message. After a client enters STOP in a reply for an unsubscribe message, they are unsubscribed. To find unsubscribed clients, you can use the Records dashboard tab.

To find the clients, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Communication.

  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Method.

  6. Set the Method filter to SMS.

  7. In the All section, select the green plus button to add one more filter.

  8. Set the filter to Contains Text.

  9. In the box of the Contains Text filter, enter STOP

  10. In the All section, select the green plus button to add one more filter.

  11. Set the filter to Direction.
  12. Set the Direction filter to Incoming.
  13. Select Show Records.

    ezyVet shows the applicable communication records.
  14. Double-click an applicable communication record.
ezyVet shows a dialog box that has the name of the applicable client and their phone number.
