Find SMS messages that have a Failed status

Each SMS message that you use ezyVet to make and send has a related communication record. To find the communication records of SMS messages that have a Failed status, you can use the Communication dashboard tab. After you find the communication records, you can use the change log to know more about why the SMS messages has the Failed status.

To find the applicable communication records and get access to the change log of each one, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Communication.

  3. In the From box and To box, enter the applicable date range.

  4. Set Status to Failed.

    ezyVet shows the communication records of messages that have a Failed status.
  5. In the Communication Methods section, select the SMS button.

  6. Double-click an applicable communication record.
    ezyVet shows a dialog box that has information about the SMS message.
  7. Select the change log button.
