Show the total number of SMS messages sent from ezyVet

To show the number of SMS messages that you sent from ezyVet, use the SMS Volumes report. The report output includes the number of SMS segments of the SMS messages.

To show the total number of messages, do this procedure.

Note: Each SMS message that you send from ezyVet can have more than one SMS segment. An SMS segment is part of the text of a full SMS message. An SMS provider automatically puts one SMS message that is more than a specified character limit into more than one SMS segment. For example, one SMS message that has more than 160 characters can have two SMS segments. The two SMS segments have the full text of the one SMS message.

IDEXX invoices your organization for the number of SMS segments of all SMS messages that your organization sent.

Select Reporting.
ezyVet shows the reports that are available for you to use.
In the settings list, select Financial.
Select SMS Volumes.
ezyVet shows the report settings.
In the Format section, select the applicable output format.
Use the Date Range boxes to select an applicable date range.
Note: The maximum date range that you can select is five years before the time that you do the report.
Select Print.
ezyVet downloads the report to your device.

The SMS Sent column of the report output shows the number of SMS messages sent for each hospital of your ezyVet site. The SMS Segments column shows the total number of SMS segments of the SMS messages sent for each hospital.
