Words that you are not permitted to use in ezyVet SMS messages
ezyVet has a set of words that you are not permitted to use in SMS messages that you make and send with ezyVet. If you make an SMS message that has a word that is not permitted, ezyVet shows an error message when you try to save the message.
These are the words that are not permitted:
- Marijuana
- Cannabis
- CBD
- Hemp
- Ketamine
- Buprenorphine
- Morphine
- Diazepam
- Valium
- Alprazolam
- Xanax
- Phenobarbital
- Butorphanol
- Fentanyl
- Carfentanil
- Pentobarbital
- Cannabidiol
- Cannabinoid
- Hydromorphone
Note: The words are from the SMS providers that the ezyVet SMS system uses. Thus, practice managers cannot make changes to the words.
