If necessary, ezyVet customer support can use remote access to connect securely to your device. ezyVet customer support uses remote access to see and use ezyVet on your device without physical access to the device. ezyVet customer support uses ISL Light Client for remote access. If remote access is necessary, you must install ISL Light Client.

1. Go to idexx.com/help.
   Note: As an alternative, select the support button at the lower-right of the ezyVet window, then select Remote Access:
   
   
   Your browser shows the Join a Session screen.
2. In the Enter Session Code box, enter the eight-digit code.
   
3. Select Join.
   
   Your browser automatically downloads the ISL Light Client installer.
4. Open the installer.
   
   Your device shows an ISL Light Client screen.
5. Select the ISL Light Client app.
   
6. Select Open.
   
   Your device shows the ISL Light Client dialog box.
7. Make sure that you select Allow remote desktop control.
   
8. Select Join.
   
   macOS shows an Access Accessibility (events) pop-up window.
9. Select Open System Settings.
   
   macOS shows an Accessibility screen.
10. Select ISL Light Client.
    
11. Close the Accessibility screen.
    Your device shows a Screen Recording pop-up window.
12. Select Open System Settings.
    
    Your device shows the Screen Recording screen.
13. Select ISL Light Client.
    
    Close the Screen Recording screen.
14. Select Stop.
    
    ISL Light Client stops screen-sharing.
15. Select Start.
