Payment refund changes in ezyVet version 38.3

ezyVet version 38.3 makes it much easier to do refunds for payments that use the PayJunction integration or the Windcave integration.

If your site uses PayJunction or Windcave, ezyVet payment screens show a REFUND button. Select REFUND to quickly and easily do a refund directly in ezyVet:

The REFUND button replaces the VOID button that showed in ezyVet versions before 38.3.

Tip: If the REFUND button shows dimmed, hover over the button to know why:

After you select REFUND, ezyVet shows a dialog box that has a different design compared to ezyVet versions before 38.3:

If necessary. you can use the dialog box to adjust the refund quantity. And if you use PayJunction, you can use the same dialog box to void a full payment.
Note: Payment voids in ezyVet are available only with the PayJunction integration. They are not available with Windcave.
Note: PayJunction payment voids in ezyVet are only possible for full payments. You cannot void only some of a payment.
