Problem with the Payment Revenue By Group report in ezyVet version 37.2
March 21, 2023: ezyVet version 37.2 has a performance problem with the Payment Revenue By Group report. To temporarily correct the problem, the ezyVet engineering team changed the maximum date range of the report to one year.
Thus, in ezyVet version 37.2, you can only set the values of the Dates(Inclusive) boxes of the report settings to a maximum range of one year.
Note: The initial problem with the Payment Revenue By Group report was in ezyVet version 36.6. The temporary correction for version
36.6 used a maximum date range of three months. ezyVet
version 37.2 increases the maximum range to one year.
Workaround
This problem does not have a workaround.
ezyVet fix version
A new version of ezyVet will correct the problem. ezyVet customer support will tell you when the fix is available.
