Vet Radar shows a cannot calculate safe range error message

If Vet Radar shows a cannot calculate safe range error when you add a medication to a product sheet, do this troubleshooting.

Note: Vet Radar shows the name of the medication and the unit of measurement in the error message.

Configure the correct safe range values for the medicationCopy

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Products.
    The Products setting in the settings list
  3. Select Products.

    The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable medication product.
    ezyVet shows the product settings.
  5. Select Advanced.
    The Advanced tab
  6. In the Lowest box of the Default Dosage section, enter a value that is less than the value of the Highest box.

  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
