The Emergency Drugs pane shows a Some product dosage and/or concentration information has not been set error message

Vet Radar shows Some product dosage and/or concentration information has not been set on the product or the template in the Emergency Drugs pane when it cannot calculate the dose rate of an emergency drug. Do this troubleshooting if Vet Radar shows the message.

A practice manager did not configure the concentration of the emergency drug in ezyVet

Use ezyVet to configure the applicable drug

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Sign in to ezyVet.
  2. Select Admin.

  3. In the settings list, select Products.

  4. Select Products.

    The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
  5. Find and select the applicable medication product.
    ezyVet shows the product settings.
  6. Select Advanced.

  7. In the Quantity box of the Concentration section, enter the value of the product.

  8. In the Unit box of the Concentration section, enter the unit of measurement for the product.

  9. In the Volume box of the Concentration section, enter the unit of measurement for the volume of the product.

  10. Select Save.
    The Save button

Set the dose rate of the drug in the emergency drugs treatment template

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
Note: Vet Radar cannot calculate the dose rate if you set the unit of measurement for the medication to mL.
  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Treatment Templates.

  3. In the Active Templates section select Emergency Drugs.

  4. Select the applicable medication.
  5. In the Default dose rate box, enter the dose rate value of the medication.

  6. In the first adjacent box, select the applicable unit of measurement for the medication.

  7. In the second adjacent box, select the applicable unit of measurement for the patient weight.

  8. Select Save Changes.
