ezyVet shows a no link was received error when you try to sync a patient

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows Patient was successfully sent to Vet Radar but no link was received error when you try to sync a patient to Vet Radar.

Note: If the troubleshooting does not correct the problem, speak to ezyVet customer support.

The Weight box of the ezyVet patient record has five or more numbersCopy

Decrease the numbersCopy

  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
    ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
  3. Select Details.

  4. Make sure that the Weight box has less than five numbers.

    Note: Make sure that you set Units to the correct unit of measurement.
  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
  6. Try to sync the patient to Vet Radar again.

The practice manager changed the name, initials, or sign-in name of the Vet Radar user accountCopy

Do a check of the user accountCopy

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
    The Users/Resources setting in the settings list
  3. Select Users.
    The Users setting
    The left sidebar show the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. Find and select the Vet Radar user account.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the user account.
  5. Make sure that the Name box shows Vet Radar.

  6. Make sure that the Initials box shows VR.

  7. Make sure that the Login Name(Your Email Address) box shows team@vetradar.com.

  8. Select Save.
    The Save button
  9. Try to sync the patient to Vet Radar again.

Enable the user account Copy

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
    The Users/Resources setting in the settings list
  3. Select Users.
    The Users setting
    The left sidebar show the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. Select the I/A tab.
    The I/A tab
    ezyVet shows the disabled user accounts of the site.
  5. Find and select the applicable Vet Radar user account.
  6. Select Restore.
    The Restore button
  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
  8. Try to sync the patient to Vet Radar again.
