ezyVet shows a no link was received error when you try to sync a patient

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows Patient was successfully sent to Vet Radar but no link was received error when you try to sync a patient to Vet Radar.

Decrease the numbers

  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    ezyVet shows the patient records of your site.
  2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the patient record.
  3. Select Details.

  4. Make sure that the Weight box has less than five numbers.

  5. Select Save.
  6. Try to sync the patient to Vet Radar again.

Do a check of the user account

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

    ezyVet shows the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. Find and select the Vet Radar user account.

  5. Make sure that the Name box shows Vet Radar.

  6. Make sure that the Initials box shows VR.

  7. Make sure that the Login Name(Your Email Address) box shows team@vetradar.com.

  8. Select Save.
  9. Try to sync the patient to Vet Radar again.

Enable the user account

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

    ezyVet shows the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. Select the I/A tab.

    ezyVet shows the disabled user accounts of the site.
  5. Find and select the applicable Vet Radar user account.
  6. Select Restore.

  7. Select Save.
  8. Try to sync the patient to Vet Radar again.
