A client invoice does not show a product that Vet Radar
synced to ezyVet
A person disabled the product's Send future billing to
EzyVet setting
Note: If the product's Edit pane
does not show the Send future billing to EzyVet
setting, the product is a custom product. Custom products cannot have
billing triggers. Thus, a custom product does not show on a client's
invoice.
Select Patients.
Vet Radar shows the patient whiteboard.
Select the applicable patient card.
Vet Radar shows the patient
sheets.
Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.
Select the applicable product.
Vet Radar shows the applicable
product pane.
Select Edit.
Vet Radar shows the products edit
pane.
Enable Send future billing to EzyVet.
Select Save Changes.
Note: This corrects the problem for subsequent
invoices. To correct the problem do the remaining steps.
Select the applicable task.
Vet Radar shows the task
pane.
Select RESET TASK.
Vet Radar shows the Task
Reset dialog box.
Select OK.
Vet Radar sets the task as
Due, Due Now, or
Missed.
