You cannot select a treatment template in an anesthesia sheet

Do these troubleshooting steps if you cannot select a treatment template in an anesthesia sheet.

Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to make a custom product. You must use the web app.

A practice manager did not set the Template Filter setting to Emergency or Billing

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Treatment Templates.

  3. Find and select the applicable treatment template.
    Vet Radar shows the treatment template's settings.
  4. In the Template Filter box, select Emergency or Billing.

  5. Select Save Changes.
    The Save Changes button
