A patient's clinical record does not show the Pertinent History section

A practice manager disabled the Pertinent History in ezyVet's system settings

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select System.

    ezyVet shows the System Settings screen.
  4. Select Clinical.

  5. Set the Pertinent History setting to Yes.
