Configure a user account for sign-in

Before a staff member can use Vet Radar, a practice manager must configure the user account for sign-in.

To configure a user account, do this procedure.
  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Manage Users.

  3. Find and select the applicable user account.

  4. Enable Allow Login.

    Note: Make sure that the email address in the Email Address box is correct:

  5. Make the other settings as necessary.
  6. Select Save Changes.

Vet Radar automatically sends an invitation email to the staff member. The staff member can use the email to sign in to Vet Radar.
