Product bundles in Vet Radar
A practice manager configures product bundles in ezyVet. It is important to know the function of product bundles in Vet Radar.
If you add a product bundle to a patient sheet, Vet Radar
cannot sync the billing trigger of the product bundle to ezyVet. And ezyVet incorrectly
invoices a client for products two times if you:
- Add a product bundle to a patient sheet
- Add each product of the product bundle to the patient sheet
Note: If you add a medication to a patient sheet in Vet Radar and the medication is in the product bundle in
ezyVet, ezyVet invoices
the client two times. To prevent the two invoices, you must disable the
Send billing to ezyVet setting:
