Patients with many clinical records in Vet Radar
You can make many clinical records for a patient in ezyVet. But if you sync the clinical records to Vet Radar, Vet Radar could have user interface problems.
If you sync more than one patient's clinical record to Vet Radar:
- Vet Radar does not automatically show the patient sheet when you select the patient card
- Vet Radar can show the incorrect color of the patient card
To correct the user interface problems, you must:
- Discharge the patient
- Disable one of the clinical recordsNote: As an alternative, you can merge the clinical records.
- Sync the patient to Vet Radar again
