A practice manager configures product packages in ezyVet. ezyVet makes a product record for each configured product package. You can add the product record of the product package to a patient sheet in Vet Radar.

When you add the product record of the product package to a patient sheet, Vet Radar does not add the products of the product package to the patient sheet. To add the products of the product package, a practice manager must make a treatment template in Vet Radar. The treatment template for the product package must have the same products as the product package. Staff must add the treatment template of the product package to the patient sheet.

When Vet Radar does a sync to ezyVet, ezyVet adds the product package to the client’s invoice. But ezyVet does not add the products of the treatment template to the client's invoice.
