Estimate statuses

ezyVet has a set of estimate statuses that you can use. For example, if you sent an estimate to a client, you can set the estimate to the Sent status.

These are the available statuses:
  • Created
  • Pending Approval
  • Approved
  • Sent
  • Accepted
  • Rejected
  • Requote

A new estimate always has the Created status.

If you select the Approved status, ezyVet locks the line items of the estimate.

If you select the Accepted status and ezyVet has the necessary configuration, ezyVet automatically makes an invoice from the estimate.

Note: ezyVet does not automatically change estimate statuses. You use the Status box of the estimates screen to manually change the statuses.
Tip: The Estimate Status report includes estimate statuses in its output.
