Add a comment to an estimate

An estimate comment gives other staff more information about the estimate.

To add a comment, do this procedure.
  1. Select Financial.
    The Financial tab
  2. Select Estimates.
    The Estimates setting
    ezyVet shows the estimate records of your site.
  3. Find and select the applicable estimate record.
  4. Adjacent to Comments, select the plus button.
    The plus button that is adjacent to Comments
    ezyVet shows the New Comment dialog box.
  5. If necessary, select Office Use Only.

    Note: If you select Office Use Only, ezyVet will make a private comment. If you do not select Office Use Only, ezyVet will make a public comment.
  6. Enter the applicable comments.
  7. Select Add.
