An estimate that the estimates screen shows has a check mark column. If you select a checkbox of a line item in the check mark column, ezyVet includes the line item in the estimate. But if you clear the checkbox, the estimate screen shows the line item with a red color. And the printed estimate shows it with a red color and a line across its text. Thus, use the checkbox to identify declined line items.
