SMS templates
When you send an SMS message from ezyVet, you can select an SMS template. The SMS template controls the content and formatting shown in the SMS message. A practice manager configures the SMS templates.
Note: If the SMS template has template variables that show patient information, use the Communication tab of the patient record to send the SMS message. If you send from the patient record, the template variables can show the correct patient information.
Tip: You can put a hyperlink in an SMS template. And to keep the hyperlink address short, you can use a URL shortener.
