Configure ezyVet to not send SMS messages for appointment confirmations

A practice manager can configure ezyVet to not automatically send SMS messages for appointment confirmations.

To make the configuration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Templates.
    The Templates setting in the settings list
  3. Select Clinical Settings.
    The Clinical Settings tab
  4. In the Appointment SMS Confirmation box, clear the selected template.
  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  6. If your ezyVet site uses a department configuration:
    1. Select Change Department.
      The Change Department button
      ezyVet shows an Open Department Settings dialog box.
    2. In the Department box, select the applicable department.
    3. Select Open Settings.
      ezyVet shows the Clinical Settings tab of the different department.
    4. In the Appointment SMS Confirmation box, clear the selected template.
    5. Select Save.
    6. Do steps (a) thru (e) for the remaining departments.
ezyVet does not send SMS messages for appointment confirmations.
