About support sessions

A support session is a call between you and ezyVet customer support. A support session can help you to quickly and easily get information about ezyVet features and functions.

Support sessions use remote access. ezyVet customer support uses remote access to see and use ezyVet with your device without physical access to the device.

A support session has no cost. And support sessions are available in all time zones.

Support session types

ezyVet customer support can give two types of support session:
  • General Support Session
  • Integration/API Configuration
