Adjust the content of an SMS message that has a Failed status and send it

If an SMS message has a Failed status, you can use the Communication dashboard tab to try and send it again. And if you want, you can adjust the message's text before you send it.

To try to send the message again, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Communication.

    ezyVet shows message settings.
  3. In the From box and To box, enter the applicable date range.

  4. Set Status to Failed.

    ezyVet shows the communication records of messages that have a Failed status.
  5. In the Communication Methods section, select the SMS button.

    ezyVet shows only the communication records of SMS messages.
  6. Select the Re-Send button that is adjacent to the applicable SMS message record.

  7. In the Select A Way To Communicate section, select the SMS button.

    The New Communication dialog box shows more settings. The settings include a Message box that shows the content of the initial text message.
  8. In the Message box, adjust the message content as necessary.

  9. Select Send.
