Send an SMS message to many clients at the same time

You can use the Records dashboard tab to send an SMS message to many clients at the same time. As a result, it is not necessary to send one SMS message to each client each time.

  • Make sure that your site has an applicable SMS template that ezyVet uses to send the SMS message
  • Make sure that your site has an enabled SMS module
To find the applicable clients and send an SMS message to them, do this procedure.
Note: A practice manager can configure the time range that ezyVet uses to automatically send SMS messages. Thus, ezyVet automatically sends the SMS messages only in the time range that the practice manager configured.
