Send SMS messages again that have a Failed status

If many SMS messages have a Failed status, you can use the Communication dashboard tab to try to send them again.

To try to send the messages again, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Communication.
    The Communication tab
    ezyVet shows message settings.
  3. In the From box and To box, enter the applicable date range.

  4. Set Status to Failed.

    ezyVet shows the communication records of messages that have a Failed status.
  5. In the Communication Methods section, select the SMS button.

  6. Select the applicable communication records.

  7. Select Send/COMPLETE Selected.
ezyVet tries to send the messages.
