Change the staff member of appointments to a different staff member

If you want to change the staff member of a set of appointments, you can use the Records dashboard tab.

To change the staff member, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Appointment.

  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Has Resource.

  6. Set the Has Resource filter to the person who has the appointments.

  7. Select Show Records.

  8. Select the applicable records.
  9. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you selected, select Selected.
  10. In the Action list, select Resource - Change.

  11. Select Action.

  12. In the To Resource box, select the staff member who will receive the appointments.

  13. Select Confirm Resource Change.

  14. Select Change Appointment Resource.

The different staff member has the appointments.
