Appointment icons
A calendar appointment can show many possible icons. It is important to know the information that each icon identifies.

The appointment has the In Transit appointment status. Thus, the client started their travel to your organization. | |
The appointment has the In Waiting Room appointment status. Thus, the patient is in a waiting room. | |
The appointment has the In Consultation appointment status. Thus, the patient is in a consult with a staff member. | |
The appointment has the In Procedure appointment status. Thus, the patient will receive a procedure. | |
The appointment has the Admit for Surgery appointment status. Thus, the patient is admitted for surgery. | |
The appointment has the In Hospital appointment status. Thus, a staff member admitted the patient to your organization. | |
