Automatic veterinarian selection when you make an appointment

A patient record has Preferred Doctor box and a Second Preferred Doctor box. You can use the two boxes to select the veterinarian staff of your organization. When you make an appointment, ezyVet automatically uses the selected veterinarian staff in the appointment.

As an alternative, you can make a selection in the Preferred Doctor box and a Second Preferred Doctor box when you make an appointment. Then, ezyVet automatically sets the same information in the equivalent boxes of the patient record.

Calendar appointments that have a selected veterinarian in the Preferred Doctor box or Second Preferred Doctor box show this icon:
The icon shown when a patient has a selected veterinarian
Note: ezyVet does not have a report that you can use to find patient records that have a selection in the Preferred Doctor or Second Preferred Doctor boxes.
