Appointment colors

When you make an appointment, ezyVet automatically sets an appointment color. The appointment color identifies an appointment type. Thus, each color helps you easily know which appointments are for different types of work. For example, a green appointment color could always identify appointments for new patients.

ezyVet has an initial set of colors that it automatically uses for different appointment types. If necessary, a practice manager can configure a different color for an appointment type. For example, if they make a decision that a blue color always identifies appointments for new patients, they can make the applicable changes.

Tip: When a practice manager configures an appointment type color, they can enter a hex value for the color. As a result, ezyVet has almost no limit for the different colors that are available.
Note: You cannot change the color of one appointment only. All appointments that use the same appointment type always have the color that a practice manager configured for the appointment type.
