ezyVet shows An appointment needs a start date! when you try to save an appointment

An appointment needs a start date! error

ezyVet has an incorrect key shortcut for 24-hour time format

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

ezyVet has key shortcuts that a practice manager can use to configure the date and time format of a site. If the practice manager uses the key shortcuts to configure 24-hour time and also enters the a key shortcut, ezyVet will show the error.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select System.

    ezyVet shows a System Settings screen.
  4. In the Time Format box, remove the a character.

  5. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  6. Try to save the appointment again.
