Manually send a vaccination reminder
The usual function of the standard-of-care system is to automatically send care service reminders to clients. But if necessary, you can manually send a vaccination service reminder to a client.
Make sure that your ezyVet site has a correctly configured standard-of-care system.
Note: Email is the only compatible message type that you can use with a manual vaccination reminder.
- Select Patients.ezyVet shows the patient records of your site.
- Select Send Vaccination ReminderezyVet shows a Send Vaccination Reminder Email dialog box.
- In the Vaccination Reminder Template box, select the applicable email template.
- Makes a communication record for the vaccination reminder
- Sends the reminder at the time that a practice manager configured ezyVet to automatically send messages
- Keeps the communication record in the Communication tab of the patient record
