How ezyVet knows when to adjust care service information and send reminders
To calculate when it is necessary for a patient to receive a vaccine or treatment, the standard-of-care system uses a set of conditions. The conditions are also how ezyVet knows when to adjust information shown in standard-of-care tables and when to send care service reminders.
Examples of conditions include:
- Patient species
- Patient age
- Patient sex
- Presenting problem
- A specified patient only
A practice manager configures conditions for the standard-of-care system. When all conditions agree, the standard-of-care system:
- Can make adjustments to the information shown in standard-of-care tables
- Can automatically send care service reminders
