Standard-of-care table: Columns, icons, and text formatting

The primary method that ezyVet uses to show standard-of-care information is the standard-of-care table. The table has a set of columns, icons, and text formatting that identify care service information.

An example standard-of-care table

This table gives the name of each column and its function:

ColumnFunction
Treatment/VaccineTreatment/Vaccine shows the name of the care service.
ImportanceImportance shows how important the care service is.
Fulfilled WithFulfilled With shows the product that a staff member used to compete the scheduled vaccination or treatment.

The primary method to complete a scheduled vaccination or treatment is to invoice a product that the care service uses.

Alternative methods that you can do to complete a scheduled vaccination or treatment:
  • Enter a vaccination in the Vaccination section of a clinical record or patient record and set the vaccination to Historical
  • Enter a medication in the Medication section of a clinical record or patient record and set the medication to Historical

When you use one of the methods to complete a care service, ezyVet automatically sets the next due date for the care service.

Fulfilled AtFulfilled At shows when a staff member completed the scheduled vaccination or treatment.
Next DueNext Due shows the next due date for the care service.

This table gives each icon or button and its function:

Icon or buttonFunction
A red syringe icon identifies a vaccination service that is overdue.
An orange syringe icon identifies a vaccination service that is due in less than 29 days.
A black syringe icon identifies a vaccination service that is not overdue and not due in less than 29 days.
A red bandage icon identifies a treatment service that is overdue.
An orange bandage icon identifies a treatment service that is due in less than 29 days.
A black bandage icon identifies a treatment service that is not overdue and not due in less than 29 days.
The calendar button. Select the calendar button to change the due date of a scheduled care service.
Note: Before you can change a due date, you must enter information about why the change is necessary. The Comments section that is adjacent to the standard-of-care table shows the information that you entered.
The remove button. Select the button to remove a scheduled care service.
Note: Before you can remove a care service, you must enter information about why the removal is necessary. The Comments section that is adjacent to the standard-of-care table shows the information that you entered.
The change list button. Select the button to show a list of changes that ezyVet or persons made to the care service of the patient.

Each text entry of a standard-of-care table can have different formatting (for example, italic text or text with different colors). This table gives information about the formatting and the information that the formatting identifies:

Bold text with a red colorThe care service is overdue and a person set Importance for the care service to:
  • Core
  • Required
Italic text with a red colorThe care service is overdue and a person set Importance for the care service Non-Core.
Orange text colorThe care service is due in less than 29 days.
Black text colorThe care service has one of these conditions:
  • It is due in more than 28 days
  • It has no due date
